At Boujettobabe, every made-to-order piece is crafted intentionally and in limited production. We do not mass produce. Your order begins creation the moment it is placed.

Production Timeline

All made-to-order items require 7–21 business days for production before shipment.
This timeframe allows us to ensure quality, structure, and finishing details meet our standards.

During high-volume drops or limited releases, production may extend slightly. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order is completed:

• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 2–5 business days

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email immediately after purchase

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Boujettobabe is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details.

Signature Requirement

For select high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Boujettobabe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
